If you take too long to respond, you may miss a bunch of opportunities. If you provide good content that is free, be prepared to get responses to it from your recipients. You must be prepared and available as much as you can. Tip 2 – Offer your visitors a free learning course conducted via email. You’ll need to develop a set amount of auto responders, breaking up the lesson into sections. Four to six sections should be an appropriate amount. Make sure the content is both informative and unique. Schedule the sections to be sent out one at a time every 24 hours. This can provide you with a host of benefits, such as enhancing your website, gaining your customers’ confidence, developing your authority, and building your email base. Tip 3 – Make your email messages tell the reader a story. Storytelling is one of the most powerful advertising techniques. Each instalment of your newsletter or mailing should tell the next bit of the advertising message “story”. They need to be connected in some way, for example by having each message end with a tip or a testimonial.
