  1. We have had this conversation for years. At some point the Democrats need to govern and stop this crime spree against the American People the Constitution and our Country. They have helped the Russians enough already.

  2. AFTER SPENDING 30M$ MEULLER COULDNT COME UP WITH A YAH OR NAY,? It tells you that there was NOTHING/THE excuse that you cannot indict a sitting President is a CROCK – GUILTY OR NOT GUILTY THE JURY IS IN (NOT GUILTY) what is it about those 2 word you don't UNDERSTAND – THE AMERICANS ARE NOT STUPID THEY CAN SEE THROUGH THE DEMS BU…..S…T. WAIT FOR THE HAMMER TO FALL ON THE NAIL(BEN SHEPIRO)

  3. For anyone who thinks we should allow Presidents to be criminally indicted while in office, read your history books. Criminally indicting anyone who is in command of military forces – generals, admirals, presidents (commander-in-chief), is extremely dangerous, because anyone in fear for their lie or long term imprisonment may decide they don't like that idea and they have the soldiers to back them up. Examples go back to the ancient Greeks, The Roman Republic was brought down by Julius Caesar because the Senate was setting him up to be charged criminally, while he was in command of the largest Roman army at that time. Those Roman Senators were morons. Examples run all the way to the current day. Not indicting is not about Trump, although if all those dems who thought he would become a tyrant really believe what they say, they shouldn't want to indict him either. You impeach and remove a president from office if the crime is there. After he no longer controls the most powerful military on the planet, Then you consider indicting him criminally.

  4. so the democrat apologist gets all the time he can to talk and then makes faces and interrupts Shapiro…. typical socialist stuff: over-talk and interrupt and assert lies.

  5. The should begin hearing on impeachment. Let the witnesses in the Mueller report be questioned in public, and then impeach him, then let America decide whether to keep this criminal Trump.

  6. More money is spent for his and his family security on golf courses, that money is well spent for just proving that trump is crook,,impeachment and jail for crook.

  7. If they would just work so hard for the American Citizen and get something done enough of Trump do something else!!!!! Like stop flooding this country with illegal immigrants and Drugs which are killing our youth and destroying families. Vote Them Out!!! Even corrupt Republicans!!!

  8. Mr. Shapiro continues to make such sordid mistakes, letting his honor and name be used by Trump TV.

Any true "conservative" would not allow himself to be used by such offensive
    propaganda.

No, wait. Shapiro is no that smart.

  9. 8 years of Usurper Obama and crickets. Trump runs for president and all these politicians want to impeach before he even gets sworn in. This is all just a circus now….the left has become unhinged raving lunatics.

  10. Mueller is a coward and a democrat hack. History will show all these traitors the truth always comes out. President Trump is amazing. I love him and I live in Australia

  11. That's why they're called the Left..because they left everything that Americans wants and needs to pursue a garbage M.O. Left their sworn duties to serve the american public and continue their personal agenda in hope to revive something they lost which was the election. Pathetic and infuriating.

  12. DAVE BROWN….LOW MAN ON THE TOTEM POLE…..WHOSE…OPINION DOES NOT…COUNT!!! NADLER IS ANOTHER MORON WITH A BIG MOUTH!!! BROWN IS PRAISING…PELOSI…..IDIOT!!!! BEN…WINS AGAIN!!!!

  13. Trump said he instructed former White House counsel Don McGahn to ignore a congressional subpoena for testimony since Congress cannot force a presidential adviser to testify. According to secretary Sarah Sanders that is based on long-standing, bipartisan, and Constitutional precedent, hence not 'obstruction of justice'.

But what if McGahn will choose to testify voluntarily but somehow is blocked from testifying by Trump?

The indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President is unconstitutional according to Roebert Mueller (the legal motive for that is it would unconstitutionally undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions.

So WHAT is really the issue here?
