Online Advertising and your 2017 Marketing Budget

Hi everybody, I’m Sandeep with this week’s
Digital Marketing Moment. Now as the end of the year slowly approaches,
businesses and entrepreneurs alike are starting to think about their budgets for the next
year. Things like advertising and operational costs
are all items that we’re trying to figure out what we’re going to spend on next year. So, today I thought would be a good time to
talk to you a bit about your advertising in 2017. Now, as these different websites out there
such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other digital properties look into monetizing,
they’re starting to affect how websites are ranking organically. If you take Facebook for example, Facebook
is now asking you to put money behind your posts by boosting them, so that they show
up on your followers, or fan pages. Even though they’re already your fans. Google is making it more competitive for organic
search results for businesses alike. Now is a good time for your to think about
what you want to do for 2017 when it comes to planning your advertising budget. It’s a good idea to sit down with a Digital
Marketing Consultant to figure out where your website is ranking right now on social media
sites, and on search engines like Google and Bing; and then see where you’re at and where
you want to be. If necessary, put together a strategy for
a digital ad campaign for 2017. It’s definitely something you don’t want to
