Facebook Marketing Strategy: How to Build a Six Figure Business in Under 90 Days With Facebook Ads


Everyone says it’s hard to make money, and that you need money to make money. That’s a bunch of bullshit. Today, I’m gonna share with you how I built a six figure
business in 90 days using Facebook ads and how you can too. (happy music) Sign up for Facebook ads, yeah you may say, ‘oh I need money to do that’. No, you don’t. Credit cards are net 30, that means you can spend money on ads, and then you can pay it off
as you’re getting the revenue. And the beautiful part about this is as long as you follow
the tips and the tactics that I’m gonna share with you, and I’m gonna share with you stuff I’ve never revealed before, you’ll be able to make
money quicker than you’re bills for your ads are gonna be coming in. So here’s the first thing you need to do. Sign up for Webinar Jam. Webinar jam is a webinar
software that allows you educate and sell people online. You’re seeing all these
ads on YouTube and Facebook for people saying,
‘register for my webinar’. Why do you think they’re doing them? It’s because it’s an
easy way to make money, and I hate to say it most of the people who are doing this, suck at everything other
than selling on the webinar. They don’t really have that many skills. Why don’t I do it anymore? I don’t care for the money, but I’ll share with you how
you can do it step by step, so the first thing, as I mentioned, sign up for Webinar Jam. Webinar Jam is a software that allows you to do a
webinar and sell on there. They also have this other
software called EverWebinar, which you’ll also need, and it allows you to do a webinar once, but make it recorded so
that way your webinar continuously seems like
you’re holding a new one every 15 minutes. So, people can sign up and
then join your webinar. Now that you’ve got your webinar
up and running and going, create a webinar. The webinar can be on anything, how to create an Amazon business, how to do something that you’re good at. Something that other people want to learn. So with your webinar, the first part is educating. The first 30 to 40 minutes
of your webinar presentation should be educating. Showing tips, techniques, strategies that they haven’t seen before. And then after you did that you’re like, ‘Hey, did you like these techniques?’ Did you think they were amazing? There are actually amazing techniques, but I have ones that are way better. Would you like to hear those? Do I have your permission? And the reason you are
asking their permission, is because you’re asking them, hey, can I sell you something
in other words, right? Because once you get permission, people are much more
likely to stick around and hear your pitch. Then you want to go into your offer. What are you selling? You have to create something, right? It could be getting rid of your back pain, You’re like, oh well the
real trick is A, B, and C, and I actually have this course and here’s what it teaches you, and here’s the benefits
that you get from it, and best of all, you get the results either
faster or with less work. People want to pay for
speed and automation, and then you want to sell it to them. On the webinar, sell
it to them for a price. The price could be a thousand bucks, usually you want to have
somewhere between $500 and a thousand five hundred. But the price that you
choose has to be discounted. So, if you’re selling it for $500, the original price needs
to be $2000, $3000, or whatever it may be. But you can’t just make up
a price while being like, oh, it was 10 grand but
now for you it’s 500 bucks. No one’s gonna believe that, you have to show, if you are saying it was five grand, you have to show five
grand worth of value. And then when you sell it for 500 bucks, people are gonna be like, ‘Oh my God, this is a steal,
why wouldn’t I buy this’? That’s how you sell at a lower price point and get everyone to buy, buy, buy. With Webinar Jam, you can
also put a countdown clock. Right in their settings, they break down that you can put a timer. When you put a timer, it tells people that this
offers only valid ’till the end of this webinar, or the next week, or whatever you decide that
you want to end up using. And when you do that,
people know time sensitive. And when it’s time sensitive, they’re much more likely to buy instead of thinking if they wanna buy. Now that you’re got the
webinar up and running, you want to drive traffic. Through Webinar Jam, you can
just throw up a landing page, get people to opt in. You want to keep it really simple. Maybe have an image of you. Tell people what they are
gonna expect on the webinar, and then an opt in. And then when there’s an opt in, you can use twilio, T-W-I-L-I-O. Which is a text message integration, and using twilio, people
will get a text reminder and they’ll start joining. And then as they join and
they show up to the webinar, you’ll start getting sales. But here’s the thing. Even though the webinars recorded, you can have people in
the webinar chatroom responding to comments and engaging, and here’s what no one tells you. The more people engage with you, the much more likely they are to buy. And we did an analysis, and we found that people
who leave a comment, are more than three times likely to buy, then people who don’t leave
a comment in the chat room. So, engage with people
as much as possible. Because the more they comment, the more likely they are to buy. And when you are having
your webinar timing so when they can sign up and listen to it, make sure you have a webinar
that starts every 15 minutes. Remember, it’s recorded, you don’t have to be on the
webinar every 15 minutes. Instead, other people can
just join whenever they want, that means that when you’re sleeping, you could be making money. That’s what people mean when, ‘I’m making money even when I’m sleeping’. Right? So as long as you have your
webinar every 15 minutes, you’ll get the most people signing up, but you’ll also get the most people showing up to the webinar. And as you do that, if you get a hundred
webinar registrations, you should get at least one
sale, if not three sales. And you give you a rough idea, I was selling a thousand dollar product. For every hundred webinar registrations, I would get 3.6 sales, and
roughly 20% would refund. I would still make well over $2000, and for those hundred webinar
registrations in general, I would be paying six bucks
per webinar registration. So, that means I’m spending $600 to make more than $2000, right, I don’t know what
the exact math works out to, but I think it’s around
like $2500, or $2800, after refunds or even three
grand, whatever it may be. But the point I’m trying to say is, the math works out really well. You can do this on
Facebook ads right away, and the ads you show on Facebook, need to be video based. The more video ads you do, of register for this webinar, you’re much more likely to convert better than if it’s just a text based ad. So, do video based ads and your videos should have subtitles ’cause not everyone has their speakers on so they can’t hear you, but they can read. And with that video ad, make sure that you put at
least a few block of paragraphs on the benefits, what they’re gonna learn, and that video should break
down what they’re gonna get. A lot of people will go and
check out, but they won’t buy. You know this. Most ecommerce sites, more than half the people
don’t finish their checkout. Put a remarketing pixel on Facebook, and show them a video ad of what they would have
got if they joined, and you could give them one last chance. What that happens is, those people will watch
that video and be like, ‘Oh my God, this is what
I’m gonna get if I join’? A lot of your sales will come from that, and the last trick I have for you is do a one dollar trial. So for all the people who
don’t buy being like look, the main reason you didn’t
but is probably because you’re concerned, and you’re not sure if
it’s worth the money. I know it’s valuable, so much so that I’m gonna give
you a glimpse of the product, maybe like a week or a little piece of it for a one dollar trial, and then after that it’s gonna
cost X dollars per month, and I’ll even email you before
the one dollar trial is over so if you are not happy you can cancel. And by doing that, you’ll get another 15% in sales. Follow those tips and you
can start generating money from your webinar. And here’s the beautiful part, you don’t have to create
a product right away. You can start selling and then
deliver your product within. Two weeks, or thirty days. Just make sure whatever you’re
selling is really valuable. Don’t put your name behind crap. Don’t be one of those
YouTube and Facebook people who are just selling people
to make a quick buck. Provide value. You’re gonna feel like a sleaze bag if you’re just out there
to make a quick buck. Really care about people, and give them something that
they can’t complain about. And even if people want their money back, 60 or 90 days from now, even its past your 30
day money back guarantee, give them their money back, don’t be greedy, it’s all about helping people out. Now I know this is a lot of information and every type of webinar

    I’m just having a hard to with trying to decide where to go from there.
    I have been in the fitness industry for 22 years and I absolutely love helping motivate and change lives.

    People are going to want to pay for any of your content because youre well known, have lots of experience and are an industry expert.

    I want to do it, but I dont believe I have the credibility in others eyes to warrant spending the money. (Im about to graduate uni and have 2 years experience in the marketing industry)

  15. When you have "credit". Not everyone has it so when you say "anyone" can make money you could be wrong. It's a pay to play world and if you can't scratch up the dime to put in to the machine it doesn't run. Maybe you could change that to "almost anyone" can make money…

    I get it. The world is full of excuses and not having credit or a couple of dimes to spend on FB ads is just bullshit to that single mom trying to feed her kids and keep a roof over their heads. I guess when something is easy for you it should be easy for anyone.

I am a photographer, I have an online Shopify store, I know how to use Photoshop pretty well. Those are my major strengths, I thought what would people listen to me about on a webinar? So I'm asking you Neil for some advice. I was thinking that I could do something photography related, like how to use photoshop, or how to take better photos for peoples online products? Heck I'd even have them fly me out to them, and spend the day showing them as much as I could within that time frame.. And what about the price I'd charge?   48. Great stuff, Neil. Where I struggle with this stuff is I'm a digital marketer, so I'm really selling SERVICES rather than products. I can think of a million low priced lead magnets, but I struggle with how I'd then walk people up to becoming a client straight off a webinar – it's like I feel I need more of a multi-touchpoint approach so I really want to build an email list and have a webinar SERIES.
