the number of times a specific customer is shown a given ad. A frequency cap should be considered based
on the goal of your campaign. If your goal is branding, and you’re bidding
on a CPC, or a cost-per-click, model, a frequency cap may not be necessary. If you’re bidding on a CPM, or cost-per-thousand-impressions model, or are concerned about your ad being shown too often, you may want to consider it.
