10 Great Exercises to Improve Your Eyesight

Ten great exercises to improve your eyesight Exercising your eyes is one of those simple things that very few people do however it can help you maintain excellent vision Here are 10 exercises that will take you no more than 10 minutes to do You can give them a try right now while watching this video We are going to do all of them with you Exercise number one blink for a minute This exercise helps to regulate blood circulation inside your eyes take your time and let’s begin Blinking is an excellent way to relax your eyes It has three functions.   1. Ophthalmologist with a fellow un strabismus surgery here: no exercise can improve eyesight. Sorry. Wear glasses or contacts if you need them, or get your cataract extracted through surgery. Pure BS in this video.

  5. I wear glasses, so I wanna ask should I do this exercise with my glasses on or should I take them off for the exercise?

  6. These exercises did not help me. I did them for an entire month twice a day and I saw no results. My vision is -5.00 on my right and -5.50 on my left.

  7. This won't do anything. Disappointed some people provide false information about important things like eyes. This would only relax your eyes, have nothing to do with improving your eyesight. the muscle of your eyes doesn't improve from turning right and left that silly.

  11. My Physiotherapist did some of these to test my dizziness issue. There were exercises that he taught me that almost the same and some are the same of these exercises. Actually it helps a lot. My dizziness is not as worst as before, sometimes I’m lazy to do it because it’s uncomfortable

  12. I wear glasses so does it work? I think beacause i did what the vid said and i think i can focus ?? But i wear glasses so i think its just my glasses i will try to do these exercises everyday

    I am an Indian student of class 10th. During my class , whenever my teacher used to write something on board , I could see an single word of it. So I used to copy it from students sitting next to me but in test , there is nobody from which I could copy questions. I have also been insulted by my teachers for poor eyesight in front of whole class. I didn't want to wear glasses so I started to find ways of getting clear eyesight. I found Lasik surgery a way but it was costly. So here's the procedure which I have found and tested it on my eyes. You won't believe that I can see the board from even last bench clearly. Some teachers said me that " Are you using contact lenses?" I thought that there are also other students who are facing the same problems like me.

    ᴘʀᴏᴄᴇᴅᴜʀᴇ ᴛᴏ ɢᴇᴛ ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴄʟᴇᴀʀ ᴇʏᴇsɪɢʜᴛ ʙᴀᴄᴋ:-

    1- Take a burning candle and put it on a table.
    2- Keep it 1.5 to 2 feet from you.
    3- Keep staring it until your eyes gets watery.
    4- Do it daily.
    5- Make sure that you don't use mobile phones or watch TV for long time.
    6- After 7 to 9 days , your eyes will get clearer vision.


  15. Im gonna try this everyday and update you if it really helps (my right eye is blurry but my left is okay)
    Day 1: My right eye (blurred) kinda hurt when I tried it but my left eye didn't

  16. I and others were thought about this many decades ago of the the moving of the eyes left to right ,circular up and down one of the first things to do before the Yoga exercises

  19. I basically uses my mobile aomost 20 hours in a day…now i facing some problem…i cant see the lights of mobile , its bring my pain of eyes…even i can't focus peoples face more than distance of 30
    Please anyone tell me whats happening with me.. Will it be good forever if i fully avoid my mobile
